Returns & Refunds – The Love Den
To return an order, report lost or damaged merchandise, or report a shipment error, please contact our Customer Service team by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of shipment (as reflected in the shipping confirmation email sent to you). All claims for lost, damage or error in shipment must be made through Customer Service.
If you did not receive your merchandise (i.e. lost in shipment) or received merchandise in damaged condition (due to shipping), and you report such loss within 14 business days of shipment, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier or postage handler. We will refund payment or replace merchandise upon the successful completion of the postage claim form. theloveden.com.au, however, does not represent or guarantee that our courier will accept any and all claims. Any such refunds or replacements are subject to courier terms and conditions. Theloveden.com.au is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged or mishandled shipments. To help guard against late shipments or loss, we recommend our customers pay the additional cost of Registered Post if they choose Australia Post. There is no need with our courier service as records are kept.
If you believe there is an error in your shipment (i.e. wrong or missing product), you must report such error within the time limit of 7 days. Upon receipt of your report, theloveden.com.au will investigate your report and determine the cause of the error. If we determine that the error was made on our part, and the wrong product was shipped to you, we will refund you upon return of the goods associated with your order, to be used to return the wrong merchandise. If your claim of missing merchandise is substantiated, we will immediately ship the merchandise at no additional shipping cost to you. If you require a refund for other such purposes, for example change of mind or other such circumstances, and no error has been made by theloveden.com.au, a full report will have to be lodged and investigated with whom you chose as the purchase provider whether eWay or PayPal.
theloveden.com.au is a reseller and not a manufacturer of our website items.
We do not guarantee you will be happy with any goods you purchase as they are your personal choice. However, theloveden.com.au strives for excellent customer service and if a product is faulty we will replace it. If you are dissatisfied with the performance of your product due to personal taste, however, we cannot refund or replace or credit.
Should a garment not fit you and you have ordered the product size incorrectly, we are happy to replace the item and will ship you the same item, in the correct size, once you have returned the original and paid for additional postage.
