- How long will delivery take?
We generally post your order the same business day. The only time that may not occur would be weekends or public holidays. Expect your products to arrive within 2 - 7 days of placing and paying for your order. back to top
- Does free delivery include express post?
No. We register every package we send, however these are registered via standard mail. Should you require a courier service or express delivery then you will need to pay excess delivery charges. back to top
- What if my order is not in stock?
We rarely encounter this problem as we are very organised! However, should your order not be in stock, we will contact you the same day via email and/or phone and arrange for a substitute or put your order on hold. back to top
- What if the lingerie does not fit?
If your receive your lingerie and it does not fit because you have ordered the wrong size, as long as you pay for return postage, once we receive your item back we will gladly exchange and resend. If we send you the wrong size we will gladly refund your purchase amount plus postage upon return of the item to us. back to top
- Are The Love Den in Australia?
Absolutely! We are a proud Australian business based on the Gold Coast. We are not an international company with an Australian number. The Love Den have great relationships with both Australian and International Suppliers and as a result we travel regularly to ensure we stock and bring you the latest products. back to top
- Can I return an adult toy if I dont like it?
Unfortunately no. This is for hygiene reasons. We must abide by strict rules and regulations. However, if your product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. back to top
